| Reservations |
We make reservations ONLY
upon receipt of 50% deposit. Our renting policy follows first-come
first-serve basis, we guarantee your booking only when we cash your cheque/money
order. We confirm your reservation be email, letter, or a phone call |
| Damage deposit |
We require $400.00 cash damage deposit
at the time of arrival. It is fully refundable (subject to conditions
outline below) on the date of departure |

| Taxes |
We do not charge taxes |
| Cancellation |
We allow cancellations 60 days in
advance of your arrival less a $100.00 cancellation fee. A credit for the
balance of the deposit in the form of a cheque will be mailed to you
immediately upon receiving written request. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival are
not acceptable unless we are able to resell the time booked (subject to
$100.00 cancellation fee) |

The check-in is Sunday, 12:00 PM,
and check-out the following Sunday at 10:00 AM. That allows us 2 hours for
housekeeping |
| Maximum number of guests |
A maximum of 6 overnight guests,
excluding infant children |
| Smoking |
Our cottage is NO SMOKING,
with no exceptions. Smoking inside will result in automatic loss of damage
deposit, and repeated violation in legal eviction. If you must smoke, you
have to do it outside! |
| Excessive noise, disturbing the
peace, and property damage |

| Housekeeping |
Complimentary upon arrival and
departure only. We expect you to leave our cottage in a reasonable
condition. The cost of excessive cleaning will be deducted from your
damage deposit |
