Please follow these steps to book your time in the cottage:

1. Make sure that cottage is available in the week (s) you are interested in by checking Availability section of this site.

2. Read carefully Rates & Policies section.

3. Send us an email (or call us toll free at 866-376-5950 during business hours) advising us that you are interested in making reservation for selected week (s). With your email please provide us with the following information:

   1. first and last name

   2. mailing address

   3. telephone number (s) we can reach you

   4. email address

   5. number of people that will be staying in the cottage

   6. the amount of deposit you will be mailing to us

   7. the exact date you will be mailing your deposit

4. Your deposit must equal to 50% of the weekly rate (s) and can be made with a  cheque  payable to Ted Bossert (we do not accept credit cards).

5. Please mail your deposit to 960 McMaster Way, Kamloops, BC, V2C 6K2 Attention: Ted Bossert.

6. The balance of your weekly rate is payable on the day of arrival.

7. Please remember that we require fully refundable damage deposit in the amount of $400.00 payable at the time of arrival and refundable on the day departure.

You will receive two confirmations from us. We will acknowledge receipt of your email requesting reservation first. At that time we will also change the status on the "Availability" section from "Available" to "Not Confirmed". Please note that this will not be confirmation of reservation - we do not guarantee your time until we receive your deposit. If we do not receive your deposit within a week from the date you indicate in your request for reservation, we will change the status of the week back to "Available" and attempt to rebook it. Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your reservation.
